Marketing Specialist Live Entertainment Technology
Follow-Me is looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist with a keen understanding of modern marketing strategies and tools, particularly within the live entertainment technology industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that effectively promote Follow-Me’s performer tracking systems to the target audience.

Their innovative technology enables clients to seamlessly track artists on stage, both manually and automatically. As they continue to push boundaries in the industry, Follow-me is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join the team and drive their marketing efforts to new heights.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Follow-Me’s products and services within the entertainment industry
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts through targeted marketing campaigns
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website and print materials
Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling and community management
Create technical sales document designs in conjunction with the Product Manager
Create social media content in conjunction with the Brand Manager
Create user cases and a variety of news content, gathered via show designers, sales partners, colleagues and users, in conjunction with the external PR agency (London based).
Maintain relationships with stake holders.
Create and optimize website news posts and content updates through WordPress to ensure a consistent online presence and enhance SEO
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs and competitive landscape
Analyse marketing metrics and KPI’s to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools and technologies to continuously improve their marketing efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the live entertainment or similar kind of industry
Strong knowledge of modern marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), SEO/SEA tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
Experienced in using content/photo/video creation tools, such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Familiarity with website CMS’s, particularly WordPress
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
